  • We deliver to most countries in the world directly from our Distribution Centre in London, England. The vast majority of our orders are processed and despatched within three working days of being received. You will receive an e-mail to let you know that your order has been received.

     

    Postage Methods and Expected Delivery Times

     

    UK orders

    Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery after the despatch of your order.

     

    EU and the Rest of Europe

    Air mail. Please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery after the despatch of your parcel.

     

    USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Rest of the World

    Air Mail. Please allow 3 - 7 days for delivery after the despatch of your parcel.

     

    Postage Rates

    Our rates are based on the actual weight of the books as we see this as being the fairest way of charging postage. The postage and packing charge is applied after you have entered your delivery details in the ordering process.

     

    UK orders:

    £2.90 for to 999 grammes

    £4.85 for 1,000 – 1,999 grammes

    £7.50 for 2,000 – 4,999 grammes

    £8.00 for each additional 5,000 grammes

    European Countries:

    £4.70 for up to 500 grammes

    £1.35 for each additional 250 grammes

    Rest of the World 1 (including USA, Canada, South America, Middle East and Africa):

    £6.85 for up to 500 grammes

    £2.45 for each additional 250 grammes

    Rest of the World 2 (Primarily Australia, New Zealand & Singapore):

    £7.25 for up to 500 grammes

    £2.65 for each additional 250 grammes

  • Returns and Cancellations

    In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. We operate a no quibble returns policy as follows:

     

    Order Cancellation

    After placing an order through our web site, you then have a 7-day cooling off period. If during this 7-day period you wish to cancel your order then please email us a info@sub20.cc. Please remember to quote your Order Reference Number, and state the reason for your return. We will then issue you with the necessary returns procedures. If the order has not been despatched, we will simply cancel the order. If the order has been despatched, we will then request that you return the goods to us unopened and with any seals and shrink wrap intact. We will then process a full refund (within 30 days) for the initial cost of the order plus the cost incurred for returning the goods to us

     

    Returns (mint condition)

    If you are unhappy with a purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it, unopened and with any seals and shrink wrap intact. We will issue a full refund (within 30 days) for the total price you paid at the time of purchase, but not the costs incurred for returning the goods to us. Prior to returning the goods, please email us at info@sub20.cc. Please remember to quote your Order Reference Number, and state the reason for your return. We will then issue you with the necessary returns procedures.

     

    Returns (faulty goods)

    If, within a reasonable period of time, you find a fault with the goods received then we will offer either a replacement or full refund (within 30 days). In either case we will request for the faulty goods to be returned to us for which we will refund the costs incurred. Prior to returning the goods, please email us at info@sub20.cc. Please remember to quote your Order Reference Number, and state the reason for your return. We will then issue you with the necessary returns procedures.

     

    Returns (goods sent in error)

    If, within 30 days of receipt of your order, you realise that we have sent you the wrong goods, we will then offer either a replacement or full refund (within 30 days). In either case we will request for the goods to be returned to us for which we will refund the costs incurred. Prior to returning the goods, please email us at info@sub20.cc.
